Went to the doctor today and of course I knew that he was going to tell me that I needed to lose weight and exercise because of that annoying thing called cholesterol. Big Shocker, I felt like telling the med student he always has come in first to assess his patients. I felt this news coming. But you all don't want to hear my woes.
I found this really cool website where you put in your food allergies, the foods you don't like and it plans out your meals. It gives you a shopping list. There is a place to plot your progress and log your exercise. That was exactly what I was looking for because I hate diets (not just the word) because I never know what to cook. This gives you options of recipes for all the meals of the day and then you log them in. I thought I'd check it out for a couple of weeks and see how it goes.
